Dealer FAQs

Who can apply to become a WALLKE dealer?

We welcome applications from legally registered businesses across Europe, including e-bike retailers, bicycle shops, mobility stores, powersports retailers, and other qualified businesses. Previous e-bike sales experience is preferred but not required.

Do I need a physical store to become a dealer?

A physical retail location is preferred, especially for partners who can provide customers with product demonstrations and test rides. Online businesses may also be considered based on their sales channels, customer base, and after-sales capabilities.

Is a minimum order required?

An initial order may be required to establish a dealer partnership. The minimum order quantity depends on your market, product selection, and cooperation model. Our sales team will provide the specific requirements after reviewing your application.

What dealer pricing can I expect?

Authorized dealers receive exclusive wholesale pricing and competitive margins. Pricing varies by model, order quantity, and cooperation terms. Detailed dealer pricing will be provided after your application has been reviewed and approved.

Do you offer territory protection?

We may provide regional or territory protection to qualified authorized dealers, depending on the market and cooperation terms. Territory protection is evaluated individually to maintain a healthy and sustainable dealer network.

Can I sell WALLKE eBikes online?

Yes. Online sales may be permitted for approved dealers, subject to WALLKE's pricing, brand, and sales policies. Please discuss your online sales channels with our sales team during the application process.

Do you provide marketing support?

Yes. Authorized dealers may receive official product images, videos, product information, promotional materials, and brand assets to support local marketing and sales. Additional marketing support may be available depending on the partnership.

Do you provide product training?

Yes. WALLKE can provide product information, technical guidance, and sales support to help dealers understand our eBikes and confidently assist customers.

Do dealers need to provide repair services?

A repair or service capability is strongly preferred. Dealers with qualified technicians or an established repair facility can provide customers with more convenient local after-sales support.

What documents are required to apply?

To evaluate your dealership application, we may request:

* Company or shop name
* Business address
* Country and region
* Website or online store
* Contact information
* Business registration information
* Current sales channels
* Photos of your store, showroom, or service area
* Information about your e-bike or mobility product experience

How long does the application review take?

Our team typically reviews applications within 3–5 business days. Qualified applicants will be contacted by email to discuss the cooperation model, product lineup, pricing, territory, and next steps.

What happens after my application is approved?

Once your application is approved, our sales team will discuss the product lineup, pricing, initial order, territory, marketing support, and after-sales arrangements with you. After the dealer agreement is completed and the initial order is confirmed, you can begin selling WALLKE eBikes as an authorized dealer.
