We offer a 14-day hassle-free return for all brand-new, unopened items. All e-bikes come with a 1-year warranty (excluding damage caused by misuse).

2. H7/H9 AWD Series (12mm axle bore): Compatible.
3. Titan X1 (13mm axle bore): Incompatible.
4. H7/H9 Ultra Energy Storage Series (14mm axle bore): Incompatible.
If you own this model and have purchased a pet trailer, we will provide a free 14mm replacement connector upon request.
5. For other models, please contact customer service to confirm compatibility before purchasing.
6. Note：This product is not limited to Wallke Ebikes. If you own a bike from another brand, it will also be compatible as long as your axle bore is 12mm or 14mm.
