Shipping Policy

This policy applies to Europe areas. We ensure that your order arrives without the need for you to deal with customs duties.

The price you see at checkout is the final price. There are no hidden costs or surprise charges upon delivery.

We recommend all the customers double-confirm your address, phone number, order detail, and other information ASAP once the order is placed. If there is a mistake in your order details, our support team is also able to modify that as long as it has not been shipped. 

We offer FREE SHIPPING from Poland to the following countries by Fedex: Czech Republic, Germany, Lithuania, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Hungary, ltaly, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Estonia, Spain, Finland, lreland, Latvia, Sweden, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Bulgaria, Croatia, Portuga, Greece, Romania, Malta, Monaco.

If your location doesn't included in our shipping area, there may have extra cost. Please contact us at service@wallkebike.eu for special shipping requests.

  • In-stock orders typically ship out within 1-2 business days. Please note that our shipping policy includes TAX-FREE delivery to ensure a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience for our valued customers.
  • For pre-order item, the estimated date of shipment will belisted on the product page.

  • Ebike orders are typically arrived within 2-8 business days after dispatch. This is just a rough estimate of your parcel delivery date, for more real time updates contact the shipping provider directly.
  • Bikes and accessories may be shipped separately. You may receive a separate tracking number for your accessory.
  • Order received on Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays will be responded on the next business days.
  • Most of our bikes ship via FedEx GROUND. Items smaller than bikes may ship by DHL/USPS.

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of €500 per item(charged by the third party shipping company) to partially cover shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method.

Please IMMEDIATELY inspect your product(s) for damage. Shipping damage must be reported to Wallke within 7 days of shipment arrival. We will not accept Shipping Damage Claims later than 7 days from receipt of products.

If you did not receive the package after the tracking status shows it has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, the customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company directly to start a claim. We don't accept package lost claims after three days from the delivered date. 

we retain the right to a full investigations and search that can take up to 10 business days. Within this period, we retain the right to withhold a full refund. We will always update you on the progress and results of the investigation, upon which suitable and reasonable action can be taken. 

Wallke strive to provide our customers with a seamless and hassle-free shopping experience. As part of our commitment to excellent service, we cover all customs duties and import taxes for your orders. You will not be required to pay any additional fees upon delivery.
