How It Works

• Every full €10 in qualifying payment earns 1 Reward Draw entry.

• Entries are registered using the email address associated with the qualifying payment.
• When 10 valid entries are completed, the round closes and the draw begins.

Reward Draw Rules

Each round is completed when it reaches 10 valid entries. One WALLKE eBike will be awarded in every completed round.

After each round:

• The draw results will be announced.
• The eBike winner will be revealed.
• Any additional prize winners will be confirmed.
• A new round will begin with the next valid entries.

Entry and Winner Rules

1. Every full €10 in qualifying payment provides one entry. For example, €10 provides 1 entry, €20 provides 2 entries, and €100 provides 10 entries.
2. Additional qualifying payments may provide additional entries at the same rate.
3. Entries are associated with the email address submitted with the qualifying payment. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
4. Each participant, email address, customer account, or shipping address may win only once during the campaign.
5. If multiple winning entries are linked to the same participant, email address, customer account, or shipping address, WALLKE may select another eligible winner.
6. Entries cannot be transferred, exchanged, or assigned to another person.

Refund Policy

1. Once a qualifying payment has been processed and the corresponding entry has been issued, the entry is confirmed.
2. Once issued or used in a draw round, an entry cannot be refunded, canceled, transferred, or exchanged, except where required by applicable law.

Prize Rules

1. WALLKE discount vouchers are subject to their stated terms, validity period, eligible products, and any minimum-spend requirements.
2. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or a cash equivalent. No cash alternative is available.
3. Discount vouchers cannot be combined with other offers unless their terms allow it.
4. eBike and cycling gear prizes are subject to availability. WALLKE will confirm the available options with the winner.
5. Winners must follow the instructions and deadlines in their prize notification to claim their prize.

Fair Play and Verification

1. WALLKE may verify qualifying payments, entries, participant information, and winner details.
2. Invalid, duplicate, fraudulent, or suspicious entries may be removed.
3. WALLKE may disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate or abuse the Reward Draw.
4. WALLKE reserves the right to make final decisions regarding eligibility and prize allocation, subject to applicable law.
