I will say this bike has exceeded my expactations. had it about a month now and have not had a problem out of it. I will say for a foldable e-bike it is big and it is heavy. Its about 140 pounds with the battery installed. Ive done about 40 miles of throttle only on the highest setting using the rear motor only(cruising at an average of 30 mph) and still had 3 out of 5 bars of battery left. range varies depending on terrain and weather but i would trust this thing up to 50 miles no problem. The dual motors are definitely a plus for hills or if you need that extra acceleration to cross a road. This thing has some crazy acceleration in dual motor mode. My previous bike was a Lectric XP 3.0 and i could only get about 20 to 25 miles throttle only going about 18 mph and it was the long range model. This bike will do 34 mph but the speedometer on the display is off by about 2mph. It will say your doing 36 confirming with gps apps your really going 34 which is what they advertise the top speed at anyways so can't be mad about that. I will say it is a pain if you have to change the tube on the rear tire, it is not simple lol. I also see allot of videos of people adding a device to the handle bar for "cruise control" . It isn't mentioned in the manual but it does have cruise control, just hold down the minus button for abot 5 seconds with the throttle engaged. This bike does it's job and does it well. If you are a shorter person i would possibly reconsider. Im 5' 10" but this bike is tall for me considering seat hight and swinging my leg over to get on. If you don't need a foldable i would get the dual motor step through version which is the H7 i believe. Customer service was also pretty good. When i initially ordered the shipping date kept getting pushed back due to backorders and what not so it arrived a couple weeks later than expected. Customer service always answered my inqaries within 24 hours or so and gave me updates on my order , i liked that they actually told me what was going on and didn't try and B. S. me. so far happy with my purchase.
Took delivery on Oct 31 and it's now Nov 19 - so almost 3 weeks daily riding now. Bike's a LOT heavier than expected, but I was looking for an alternative to an electric motorcycle (no tag, no registration, no insurance, etc.), so not put off too much - I like the added stability the weight gives it. The 40Ah battery gets me about 40 miles before needing a charge - and that's mostly full-throttle commuting. I'm still waiting on the additional (in-frame) 22Ah battery I got as part of the "Halloween Promotion" - back order presumably. Also, have had to add air to the tires a couple of times. I use the bike for commuting, so run 22lbs in the front and 25lbs in the back - and just today got a complete flat with the rear tire - not a puncture. Good thing it's a "folder" because I needed someone to come pick me up. I tried to seal it, but the leak was too extensive (a couple of 1/4-1/2" splits at a seam) - so I've had to order a replacement. I've read of others having tire / tube issues - probably a quality issue. I've had poor quality Chinese tube / tire issues (with other rigs) in the past. I like the bike and will get it dialed-in for me eventually, just hope I don't continue to have issues due to substandard parts quality.
Got it for a B-Day gift day before yesterday.
Took it for a good initial “get the feel test ride” yesterday.
Was curious about it climbing a steep hill, so I attempted the ski hill here in my home town (Lively, ON)…it made it up no problem!
The attached pics are at the top of the ski hill here in Lively.
I was pleasantly surprised! Love the bike.
Complaints first, and there is not much, would be that the bike has too many branding stickers on it. 1 logo, 5 brand names, 4 model numbers, and 2 website addresses. That is taking advantage of your customer and makes the bike look like a rental or something. I was able to remove all of them with a heat gun, razor, steel wool, and some black spray paint. I wish if I buy another Wallke bike this isn't going to happen.
The bike frame is very high. I am 6 feet tall and struggle to get my leg over it. It takes a while to turn on, and every time I have to reset it to use dual motors at speed setting 5. I wish there was a way to set our own default startup settings.
The seat is uncomfortable, so I purchased a third party seat that is much better.
Everything else has been great! The bike is built very solid and feels like it will be dependable and last longer then most of the cheap e-bikes on the market. The dual motor has made a big different in the hills around my house
I had to get a different brand kids carrier to go on the back, as well as a storage basket for the front. It would be nice if Wallke had more accessories for the carious ways to use the bike.
Tires popped/ flat . 3 ride. Upgraded thm. The bike is heavy as heck. Seat is not comfortable. Battery is really good. Took it 40 miles and still had 100% battery. Got so many compliments when i'm driving it around overall, it's a nice bike
I am still waiting for my helmet I haven’t powered up yet everything looks great I’ll send a text when I try my E-bike the Bike came in on time it was simple to get it together looking good Jerry Chevy ♥️😄
I recently purchased a Wallke H9 AWD 82Ah e-bike and was excited to assemble it, but I encountered some issues, including damaged wiring and a dented battery. I reached out to their customer service team to report the problems and seek a resolution.
From the start, the Wallke team was incredibly responsive and professional. They promptly reviewed the photos I provided and assured me that the brake hose wear wouldn’t affect the bike’s functionality. As a goodwill gesture, they offered a $100 refund, which I appreciated. When I later noticed the battery dent and requested an additional year of warranty (on top of the original two years), they quickly agreed, extending my coverage to three years. The refund process was smooth, and the amount should reflect in my account within 2-5 business days.
What stood out was their proactive communication and willingness to resolve issues without requiring warranty registration—just providing the order number was enough. The entire experience left me impressed with their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly recommend Wallke for their excellent products and outstanding support!

⚡🚀 “Just a teaser… wait till you see it in action 😎🔥 You’ll be blown away, boys!”
Great bike easy to assemble.
I really enjoy the power and portability of it.
Longest ride so far was 50 miles with 2500 feet of elevation gain.
The H9 is my second E-Bike. My first one, I still use as well, for commuting around work.
This one is my explore wherever I want bike.
I would like to figure out how to measure my additional 22 AH battery level. Not sure if both batteries remaining power combine on the screen as a total of 82 AH?
Bike arrived super quick packaged very well put together in about a hour was pretty simple was riding with in 60 minutes super quick two things it could use I own about 12 bikes don’t ask me why . A I have a aniioki all wheel a8 this bike is better more power much better ride back to the two things make it 3 things rear pegs bigger seat option and available baskets front and rear thanks for a great bike at a great price chris
This is one purchase I am so glad I made! I was on the fence about spending $2000 on this bike but it has been totally worth it! It’s built very well, it looks very good and customer service was actually great just communicating thru email. I’ve been riding the hell out of this bike and so far no problems whatsoever. I managed to scratch up the black paint folding and putting it in my car tho. I wish Wallke would offer a touch up paint kit so I could keep my bike looking new but other than that, I really love this bike.
Good bike, runs and rides well. Only issue I have had is a buzzing/vibration in the handle bar I can’t figure out, probably something loose I haven’t found yet. Plan on replacing the stock seat but all and all nice bike.
Have not had a real chance to take the bike out, other than short trip around town. So far it is great, but the free basket does not mount with hardware provided.
I love my Wallke H9 AWD 2024. Robust bike and high autonomy. Easily 100 km without pedaling with 2 engine. Nice accessories and very good customer service after sale. Thank you Wallke.
Haven’t had any issues besides a broken kickstand that Wallke replaced it’s in the mail. And getting connected to the app. Still trying to figure that out
I have had a few rides. I purchased the H9 with the 60 Ah battery and battery anxiety has left the building. I have a wishlist ... a center stand and a better bracket for the brake light... overall I am very happy with it.... more options when purchasing would be nice like maybe seat selection, different colors... thank you, cheers
So overall the bike's decent came with many problems when I received it last year. So when I got the bike it had a huge gash down the side of it and they're like well. We boxed so well. There's no way it had a gas so I had to prove that I had a gas. They offered me a paint pen to fix it. This gas was deep and then they argued with me and was like oh it's highly unlikely it's deep. It was steep. It's still ugly even with the paint pen but I already had one set in charge it for that. The rear brakes never work. I told him about that. Guess what? No help there then. I had the screen go out right a couple months ago so I took it to a professional bike shop here in Ohio and I hit them up and they wanted me to do some weird thing with a pen and show him it didn't work. I was like yeah the company says they'll verify that for you. They ain't want nothing to do with that. Well we ended up temporarily getting it to work again. Well it finally went back out and smiling transportation. I have seizures. I'm not allowed to drive right. Well then they made me pay for the screen. So if you buy this and you're in America do not expect them to honor the warranty. I'm sorry they don't and I can show you email after email where they just refused it pretty much. So if you pay for this bike expect to buy expensive parts from them cuz they all have to come from them. So now I got to go buy another brake set just to get my brakes working properly. I'm waiting on the screen finally to get here which I've been waiting forever for and the battery lock which I have photos of right now fell out. Asked him what they could do about that. Nothing. My kickstand snapped in half. They didn't do nothing about that like I said. So when it comes to warranty don't expect anything. And I hate to say that you know I hate to even write this review. I battled myself with writing it but I think it it's warranted now because I just sent him an email 2 days ago again like hey what about this battery thing? They wanted a video of it. I sent him the video and then they're like we need another video of it like but it's I sent it so I sent the exact same video again. No response and then now I still don't have a response so I'm now writing this review. Be warned if anything goes wrong with that bike or it comes it bad or that screen goes bad which I'm sure that's why they updated the screen for this year's model because I've looked in the reviews and other people have had the screen go out also and I have to pay for the screen also. That's screen is $200 right now. They make you feel like you got a deal cuz they only charge you $100 cuz that's probably not even what they paid for. They probably paid 40 bucks for the thing and still charged you 60 bucks. So just be warned. Great bike. Fun to ride. Very heavy but great. Goes up hills like nothing. I mean there's another issue we had too. The front motor it wasn't. I don't know it wasn't done right with the cuz the house an hour. It would do this weird bumping weird noise after a while. I didn't care anymore, but you know when you pay $2,000 for bike you should have it come smooth, so just be warned when you buy it. Yeah, you're going to get an awesome bike. I feel overall so I'm not trying to take that away but anything goes wrong with that bike. You're buying a new one. My screen is currently broke so I have to use text or speech to text and I can't see what's really being written too much. So if it looks a little off I apologize but be aware if anything goes wrong on that bike and you're not in China. Good luck!

Just got it and put it together. No shipping damage . It looks and feels solid. So far everything seems like it should work as it should . It’s winter here and we are under feet of snow . Come spring I can’t wait to finally try it out .
Been having a blast on my new Wallke H9 AWD!
After the hurricane season here in SW FL, access to many of my favorite beaches was gone, but the H9 has allowed me to visit them again! The power of the AWD has been no match for the sandy beaches.

I wanted to wait a proper amount of time so I really had a good idea of this bike’s capabilities. I have an H9 AWD. I do thoroughly enjoy this bike a lot, I ride it everyday. I don’t regret my purchase one bit. Now to get to my review.
Pros:
AWD is great (acceleration, climbing, off-road)
Frame is solid
Bright front and rear factory lights
Brakes feel sufficient (dyisland)
Cons:
Rear suspension is *STIFF*
Ghost pedal at around 20mph stock
Tires are paper thin
No user memory for settings after on/off
Can’t burnout or wheelie (soft start)
In addition can get full power on demand
Max speed is 32.6 throttle only
Heavy af
Pedals factory or factory upgrade is trash
What I did to make my bike rideable was change the to the widest I could find. I proceeded to change the front and rear gear, crank to 60t and rear freewheel to 11-28t so I now can pedal 33mph+ np which allows me to get the bike up to cruising speed and maintain it. The basket was a pain in the but to mount but persistence pays off and I can still get the battery out when I would like. I also took the seat post out in favor for a non folding one to get a lower seated position as well as flipping the seat mount. I’ve already put 1k miles on my 2024 H9 AWD in about 3 months, I still plan on upgrading a few things like the rear suspension, possibly a suspension seat post and one day make it faster. Great bike for the price

I finally got my first day on a °53 afternoon ride in the new year. The ride was awesome until I hit 1 bars because I haven't charged battery since I received bike. But as I came home and parked it for maybe 10min. When i got on to park it in the garage. The battery recovered it had 3 or4 bars and the I went out for almost a good 2 hrs. I didn't want to go home. Had blizzard next day folded it up and stored it in the basement for the next few months ?
